微波消解-火焰原子吸收法测定傣药铁刀木叶中5种金属元素

摘    要:采用微波密闭消解系统对傣药铁刀木(Cassia siamea)叶进行消解,在最佳工作条件下使用火焰原子吸收分光光度计,并用标准曲线法测定铁刀木叶中钙、铜、锰、钠、镁5种金属元素的含量.实验表明,5种金属元素的含量有所不同,钙的含量最高,铜的含量最低.方法检出限均小于0.003 5μg/mL,加标回收率在96.28%~102.8%之间,相对偏差RSD≤2.13%,结果表明实验准确度和精密度符合实验要求,也为傣药铁刀木叶的有效成分研究提供一定的科学依据.

Measurement of five metallic elements in the leaves of Cassia siamea as a Dai medicine by the microwave digestion method and the flame atomic absorption spectrometry

Abstract:This research aims to determine five metallic elements in Cassia Siamea by the microwave digestion method and the standard curve method. The metal ions(Cu、Mg、Mn、Ca、Na) in digested samples are determined by the flame atomic absorption spectrometry under the optimal conditions. The result shows that the content of Ca is the highest, while that of Cu is the lowest and the detection limits are all below 0.0035 μg/mL; the addition standard recoveries are in the range of 96.28% ~ 102.8%, and the relative standard deviations are less than 2.13%. The experiment result is satisfactory, which provides a scientific basis for the study of the active components of Cassia siamea.
