摘    要:运用RAPD(random amplified polymorphic DNA)技术对桃属中203份试材进行了研究,并对其中的砧木类、寿星桃类、碧桃类、垂枝桃类、红叶桃类、硬肉桃类、蜜桃类、水蜜桃类、蟠桃类、油桃类和黄肉桃类采用多态标记、标记频率、扩增位点变异系数、各位点的相关性的比较,结果如下:寿星桃、垂枝桃、红叶桃和碧桃为较原始类,而硬肉桃、蜜桃、水蜜桃、蟠桃、油桃和黄肉桃为较进化类,且它们相关联程度大.在遗传多样性方面,砧木类最高;红叶桃、蜜桃、蟠桃和黄肉桃次之;寿星桃、碧桃、垂枝桃、硬肉桃和水蜜桃较低.

Abstract:accessions in Amygdalus were studied by RAPD(random amplified polymorphic DNA) technology, of which the rootstock group and the shouxingtao group, bitao group, weeping peach group, red-leaf peach group, crisp peach group, mitao group, honey peach group, pantao group, nectarine group and yellow peach group(A. persica) were analyzed with polymorphic bands, marker frequency of loci, variant coefficient and correlated coefficient. The results indicated that the shouxingtao group, weeping peach group, red-leaf peach group and bitao group were more original, while the crisp peach group, mitao group, honey peach group, pantao group, nectarine group and yellow peach group more evaluated. As for the genetic diversity, the rootstock group was highest, and the red leaf peach group, mitao group, pantao group and yellow peach group were the next; while the shouxingtao group, bitao group, weeping peach group, crisp peach group and honey peach group were the lowest.
