| 摘 要： | 通过适当的激素调控,成功地从君子兰(Clivia miniata Reg.)子房壁,栝楼(Trichos Kirilowii Maxin)幼茎,姜(Z.officinale Rosc.)幼叶,蒲公英(T.mongolicum Hand.Mazz.)花茎,风仙花(Impatiens balsamina L.)顶芽诱导出丛生不定芽,并完成植株再生。

| Abstract: | With the regulation of proper hormone the advenititous bud could be induced from the wall of ovary of clivia miniata Reg, the cut of young stem of T. Kirilowii Maxin, the cut of young leaf of Z. officinale Rosc., the cut of floral stem of T. mongolicum Hand.-Mazz. , and the terminal bud of Impatiens balsamina L. The plantlet regeneration could be achieved with these buds. |
