| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造口术的方法与临床效果。方法对21例(21眼)慢性泪囊炎患者进行鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术。结果随访6个月,20例患者术后症状缓解,鼻腔造瘘口通畅,1例阻塞。结论鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造口术是治疗鼻泪管阻塞的有效方法,而且具有损伤小、方法简便、并发症少等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of treatment of chronic dacryocystitis by dacryocystorhinstomy under nasal endoscope.Methods: 21 patients with chronic dacryocystitis were treated with endoscopic transnasal dacryocystorhinostomy.Results: After 6 months follown-up,the symptoms of 20 patients were released and the storha inside nasal cavity were unobstructcd,but one were not satisfactory: Conclusion: It is effectiveto treat obstruction of the nasolacrimal duct by endoscopic transnasal dacryocystorhinostomy and has several advantages,such as less damage,no facial scar easy to operate,less complications and so on. |
