| Abstract: | The study analyzes a muhimodal discourse of the poster for the film So Young systematically from the aspects of representa- tion, interaction and composition meaning within the visual grammar theoretical framework. It explores how the representation meaning, interaction meaning and composition meaning are realized in a film poster. These three perspectives heighten each other in a multimodal discourse in order to construct the total meaning the poster tends to express, which arouses people＇ s understanding about the youth. |
