Abstract:In this paper, abundant soft X-ray (0. 4-30mm) spectra emitted fromselenium, silicon and aluminum atomic plasmas are observed and identified. The X-ray spectra of the diffraction order m = 1, 2 1 3 belonged to Ne-, F-, O-like copper or selenium ions,and of the diffraction order m = 1, 2, 3, 4 of Li-, He-, H-like carbon, aluminum, silicon ionshave been classed. Furthermore, various spectral structure and their physics characteristics arealso preliminary analyzed.
