摘    要:采用三维粘性流场求解软件Fine/TURBO1]对低压蒸汽透平下游排汽缸内的复杂流动进行数值模拟。计算中使用了Jameson的Runge-Kutta中心差分格式2]和Baldwin-Lomax的代数湍流模型、计算结果同部分实验结果进行了对比,表明数值模拟揭示了排汽缸内复杂的旋涡结构,以及影响排气缸内压力恢复和总压损失的主要因素。

Abstract:The numerical simulation results of the 3D viscous flow in the downward ex haust casing of a Iow pressure steam turbine, obtained with the 3D Navier-Stokes solver Fine/TURBO, is presented in this paper. The central scheme of Jameson, together with thealgebraic turbulence model of Baldwin and Lomax are applied, and the grid points used in this work are nearly 310,000. The computational results are compared with the experimental data available. The numerical simulation result reveals the complex vortex structures in thecasing and the passage vortex is the main cause for the static pressure recovery reductionand total pressure losses.
