摘 要: | 四环素类抗生素因具有抗菌和促进畜禽动物生长的功效,被广泛应用于畜禽养殖业.由于畜禽对抗生素的吸收、代谢较少,30%~90%的抗生素都以本体药物的形式随畜禽粪便排出流入环境.以四环素类抗生素——金霉素为例,研究了金霉素对小麦根生长的毒性效应,建立了不同形态金霉素对小麦根系生长的毒性效应模型:1/EC50=f+/EC+50+f0/EC050+f-/EC-50+f2-/EC2-50,得到各形态金霉素对小麦根毒性强弱的排序:二价阴离子态一价阴离子态中性态阳离子态,共存Ca2+对金霉素毒性的影响与Ca2+以及金霉素的浓度有关.

The toxicity of chlortetracycline to wheat root |

Abstract: | Antibiotics are widely used in livestock and poultry industry for their growth promoting and disease preventing effects. Being poorly absorbed and metabolized by animals, about 30% to 90% of antibiotics would get into the environment as original form. In this paper, chlortetracycline (CTC), as an example for tetracycline class antibiotics, was studied for its toxicity to wheat roots. A toxicity model was built for the influence of different CTC forms on the root growth inhibition:〖SX(〗1〖〗EC50〖SX)〗=〖SX(〗f+〖〗EC+50〖SX)〗 + 〖SX(〗f0〖〗EC050 + 〖SX(〗f-〖〗EC-50〖SX)〗 + 〖SX(〗f2-〖〗EC2-50〖SX)〗. The toxicity of various forms of CTC is followed as CTC2->CTC->CTC0>CTC+. The effects of co existed Ca2+ on the toxicity of CTC is related to the concentrations of both Ca2+ and CTC. |
