摘    要:对不同反射率和注入电流下885nmLD高重频侧面泵浦Nd:YAG全固态激光器的输出特性进行了实验研究,实验表明1064nm激光脉冲输出能量随注入电流的增加而增大,泵浦频率越高,脉冲输出能量增长越慢。以脉冲侧面泵浦Nd:YAG,在重复频率为60Hz、80Hz,注入电流为130A时,得到了输出透镜的最佳反射率都为73%,输出脉冲能量分别为62.1mJ,47.9mJ,光-光效率分别为13.29%、10.29%。

Abstract:The output properties on all-solid-state laser of 885 nm LD high-requency side-pumped Nd∶YAG under the different refuetivities and the injedion currents are researched. The output energy of the 1064 nm laser pulse increases with the injection current increasing. The pumped frequency is higher, the output energy growth of pulse is slower. When the frequency is 60 Hz or 80 Hz, the injection current is 130 A, we gain that the best reflex rate of the output couplers is 73%, the output energies of pulse are 62.1 mJ and 47.9 mJ, the optical efficiencies are 13.2% and 10.2% by using the pulse sidepumped Nd∶YAG.
