| Abstract: | In this paper, a function-theoretic approach to the completely indeterminate matricial Nehari Problem is given. The uniqueA-normalized resolvent matrixU is constructed by a limit procedure. Moreover, some limit relations for the Potapov-Ginzburg transform ofU are obtained. |
