| 摘 要： | 通过对我国高水平运动员退役安置的现状及存在的主要问题进行调查与分析，研究我国高水平运动员退役安置难的原因．基于促进我国竞技体育事业健康有序发展的目的，提出坚持政策性安置、鼓励继续教育、加快体教结合进程、推进职业技能培训和运动员职业化发展等相应对策．

| Abstract: | This paper investigated the difficalties in dealing with the resettlement of high tevel retired athletes in our country and proposed measures accordingly, namely, to adhere to the policy-oriented resettlement, to encourage continued education, to accelerate the integration process of pinysical tnairing and teaching to promote China＇s vocational skills training for athletes being professional. |
