| 摘 要： | 五四运动爆发的起因是巴黎和会中国外交的失败，而巴黎和会中国外交的失败，与“二十一条”和济顺、高徐两铁路借款大有关系，办理这两次外交事务的具体当事人曹汝霖、章宗祥和陆宗舆也因此被认定为卖国贼。而他们后来在抗战时期的不光彩表现，也证明了被认定为卖国贼并非冤枉.

| Abstract: | The May Fourth Movement arose from the Chinese diplomatic failure in Paris Peace Conference which was closely related to the Article 21 and Jishun and Gaoxu Railway loans. CAO Ru-lin, ZHANG Zong-xiang and LUZong-yu were responsible for handling the two diplomatic affairs at that time and therefore considered to be national traitors. Their inglorious performance in the Anti-Japanese War shows that they had not been treated unjustly. |
