| Abstract: | In hypercharge exchange reactions (K?, π?) on light nuclei Λ particles with small recoil momentum have been produced. The observed hypernuclear states in Λ9Be, Λ12C and Λ16O have simple neutron-hole Λ-particle configurations. |
