聚天冬氨酸接枝共聚物的合成及其性能的研究

摘    要:合成了含不同比例羟基基团的聚天冬氨酸接枝共聚物,对其阻碳酸钙、磷酸钙和分散氧化铁的性能进行了评定,并与聚天冬氨酸进行比较.结果表明:当羟基与聚琥珀酰亚胺的摩尔比为0.2,药剂质量浓度为8mg/L时,对碳酸钙的阻垢率为100%;当羟基与聚琥珀酰亚胺的摩尔比为0.8,质量浓度为8mg/L时,对磷酸钙的阻垢率为98.2%;当羟基与聚琥珀酰亚胺的摩尔比为0.8,质量浓度为30mg/L时,分散氧化铁的性能最好.当羟基与聚琥珀酰亚胺的摩尔比为0.8时,聚天冬氨酸接枝共聚物的综合性能最好.

Abstract:Polyaspartic acid graft copolymers containing different content hydroxy were synthesized.Their performances of inhibiting calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate,dispersing ferric oxide were tested.As a result,scale inhibition rate of the agent on calcium carbonate was 100% with a dosage of 8 mg/L and the mole ratio of hydroxy and polysuccinimide 0.2.Inhibition rate of the agent on calcium phosphate was 98.2% with a dosage of 8mg/L and the mole ratio of hydroxy and polysuccinimide 0.8.The performance of dispersing ferric oxide was the best with a dosage of 30mg/L and the mole ratio of hydroxy and polysuccinimide 0.8.When the mole ratio of hydroxy and polysuccinimide is 0.8,the all-around performances were the best.
