基于滑移网格与两相流耦合的转笼反应器的结构优化(英文)

摘    要:转笼生物反应器是新研制的一种高效污水处理反应器.为了进一步优化其结构,采用滑移网格与两相流耦合的数值模拟方法对反应器内部的流体力学特性进行分析,模拟得到的优化结果为:内叶片长度为0.225Rz,内叶片倾斜角度为0°,内叶片数目为10,中心轴曝气孔尺寸为1.6 mm,周壁开孔为8.7mm.

Abstract:The rotating-cage bioreactor is a high effective reactor to deal with sewage.In order to optimize the structure of the rotating-cage bioreactor,sliding mesh coupled two-phase flow was used to analyze the internal hydrodynamic characteristics of the rotating-cage bioreactor.The results show that,as the intra blade length is 0.225 Rz,the internal blade oblique-angle is 0,the number of internal blade is 10,the size of aeration pore on central shaft hole is 1.6 mm, the opening hole size on bioreactor wall is 8.7 mm,the hydrodynamic characteristics inside of rotating-cage bioreactor is suitable for sewage treatment.
