Abstract: | Abstract Four bis-(sulfonylformyl)-diamines 11a-c,e have been prepared by oxidation of the corresponding bis-thiolcarbamates 1 with 3-chloroperbenzoic acid. Bis-thiolcarbamate Id could not be oxidized because of insufficient solubility. Bis-thiolcarbamates IXa,b decomposed upon attempted oxidation. |
