| Abstract: | In this peper we discuss the best approximation property in non-Archimedean normed spaces. By introducing the concept of orthogonality, we give a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of bet approximation elements in a given finite-dimensional subspace U of a nonArchimedean normed space V. Furthermore, some sufficient conditions are also included. |
