| Abstract: | The deoxyribonucleoside-3′-aryl-β-cyanoethyl-phosphates, very used in the synthesis of oligodeoxynucleotides, were synthesized in high yields in a single step from the nucleoside derivatives with a monofunctional phosphorylating agent : cyclohexylammonium p-chlorophenyl-β-cyanoethyl-phosphate. |
