| 摘 要： | 目的：检测子宫内膜异位症大鼠在位和异位内膜的白细胞介素6（IL-6）水平及丹那唑对IL-6水平的影响，探讨IL-6在子宫内膜异位症发病 中的作用。方法：参照Jones方法建立大鼠子宫内膜异位症动物模型，采用ELISA法检测子宫内膜IL-6水平。结果：模型组异位内膜的IL-6水平比在位内膜显著降低，而丹那唑治疗组在位和异位内膜的IL-6水平显著高于模型组的在位和异位内膜。结论：子宫内膜异位症异位内膜的生长与IL-6水平的降低有关，丹那唑治疗子宫内膜异位症的机理可能部分地通过升高内膜组织IL-6水平起作用。

| Abstract: | Aim: To compare the levels of IL-6 in endometriotic tissue and in endometrium from rat with endometriosis, controls and treated group. Methods: According to Jones method, rat animal models with endometriosis was established. IL-6 levels were determined by double antibody ELISA. Results: Endometriotic tissue produce lower IL-6 than emdometrium, the levels of IL-6 in endometriotic and endometrial tissue from Danazol treated rats were remarkably increased than that from untreated rats. Conclusion: The lower levels of IL-6 in endometriotic tissue may be related to the pathogenesis of the endometriosis. The treated mechanism of Danazol may be partly to increase the IL-6 level in endome triotic tissue. |
