| 摘 要： | 对氮氖激光管凹面反射镜来说，同心度的要求十分苛刻，用激光校准监视贴片难以达到理想精度，故应结合采用光电校准法，以达到最佳输出状态。

| Abstract: | It is very strict that concentricity of He-Ne laser tube concave reftecting mirror, so that it is impossible to meet high prqcision requirement only by lase calibration method to monitor gluing. Therefore, it should be combined with opti-electrical calibration method in order to obtain optimum output power. |
