| Abstract: | TiC high temperature ceramic whisker is prepared by the vapor catalytic chemical vapor deposit useless substrate.The morphology of TiC whisker is analyzed by the phase analysis of X-ray diffraction,the detection of electron diffraction,and the observation of scan electron microscope. |
