| 摘 要： | 从材质、显微组织、断口形貌等方面分析了炉管爆裂的原因。结果表明，水质不良使管子内壁向火面产生严重的氧化腐蚀。腐蚀坑底形成大量微裂纹，在腐蚀和应力的共同作用下裂纹快速扩展导致断裂。

| Abstract: | Chemical compositions of the material.microstructures and fracture morphologyare analyzed.The results indicate that oxide-corrosion is found in the inner part of the pipefacing on fire, and a plenty of micro-cracks formed on bottoms of the corrosive holes.Underthe actions of corrosion and stress,the micro-cracks can be developed and then caused bust ofthe pipe. |
