基于LabVIEW的温度测控系统设计

摘    要:在一些功能比较复杂的数据采集系统中,通常以PC为上位机,单片机为下位机,由单片机完成数据的采集及对装置的控制,由上位机完成各种复杂的数据处理及对单片机的控制。本文利用LabVIEW图形化编程语言开发设计人机交互界面,STC89C51单片机通过I/O口读取DS18B20的温度数据,上位机通过下位机的全双工串口进行实时通信,完成温度的显示、报警、制表及打印等功能。测试结果表明,该系统性能稳定,界面形象逼真,数据准确、实时性好,具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:For some complex data acquisition systems, usually used PC as upper machine and MCU as lower machine,the MCU complete the data collection and the device control,the PC complete a variety of complex data processing and control the MCU。In this paper,the human-computer interaction interface is programmed by graphic program language LabVIEW,STC89C51 MCU read DS18B20’s temperature data through the I/O port,the upper machine real-time communicat and complete temperature display, alarm, tabulation and printing functions through lower machine’s full-duplex serial port.Based on the test,the system is stable, the interface is realistic, the data is accurate and real-time, the system has some promotional value.
