低压电子铝箔耐蚀性的研究与应用

摘    要:采用对比实验,研究了腐蚀工艺对低压电子铝箔耐蚀性的影响。当腐蚀溶液中w(HCl)为15%~25%、w(H2SO4)为10%~20%,温度为85℃,电流密度为0.40A/cm2,腐蚀时间为3min时,铝箔腐蚀效果最佳,其耐蚀性数值(腐蚀前后质量差值与原光箔质量之比)为0.70%~0.83%。该工艺可迅速准确地判断低压电子铝箔的耐蚀性,平均每个样品所花时间仅为26min。

Abstract:Through contrast test,the effect on etching process of electronic aluminium foil for low voltage applications to its corrosion resistance was studied.The best results show that,under following conditions: w(HCl)=15%~25%,w(H_2SO_4)=10%~20%,the corrosion solution temperature of 85℃,the current density of 0.40 A/cm~2,the etching time of 3 min,the value of corrosion resistance(the rate of corroded aluminium' mass change and mass of plain foil)can reach 0.70%~0.83%.The process can judge corrosion resistance of electronic aluminium foil for low voltage applications promptly and right,and it only take 26 min on the average for every example.
