摘    要:建立了基于简单铰链裂纹模型的裂纹转子瞬态响应的动力学模型,得到了裂纹转子与无裂纹转子的仿真解;利用Wigner-Ville分布比较了裂纹转子与无裂纹转子的时频特性,提出了利用Wigner-Ville分布识别裂纹转子的方法.数值仿真研究了Wigner-Ville分布对刚度变化的敏感性,讨论了质量偏心和质量偏心角对裂纹转子Wigner-Ville时频特性的影响,为工程实际中裂纹转子的识别提供了依据.

Abstract:Based on a simple hinge crack model, the dynamic equation of transient response in a cracked rotor was modelled. The numerical simulation solutions of the uncracked rotor and the cracked rotor were obtained from the model. By Wigner-Ville distribution, the time-frequency features of the cracked rotor and the uncracked rotor were compared and an algorithm using Wigner-Ville distribution to identify the cracked rotor was proposed. By simulation research, the sensitivity of Wigner-Ville distribution to the stiffness variation was investigated, and the influence of unbalance and inhabiting angle on the time-frequency feature was discussed. The time-frequency feature can be used as the criterion for identification of cracked rotor in engineering practices.
