基于装配的产品信息模型建模研究

为了支持产品的概念设计以及ＣＩＭ，并行工程等先进思想的实施，需要建立集成产品信息模型，而集成产品信息模型的建立应该基于装配而不是零件，为此提出了基于装配的产品信息模型。该模型应用虚零件的概念描述产品的功能，装配等信息，应用实零件的概念描述产品的细节信息。

A Study on Developing of Assembly BasedProduct Information Model

The conceptual design of products and the realization of CIM and CE need the support of the integrated product information model (IPIM). The assembly based approach to IPIM is believed to be more effective than the part oriented one. In this paper, an assembly based product information model is proposed. With the concept of the virtual part, the model describes the function aspect as well as the assembly aspect of product. With the concept of the real part, the model describes the details of product. The representation scheme of product information mentioned above can support top down design process very well. It is an efficient way to create the integrated product model.
