浅议构建和谐社会进程中的农民工

中国改革开放以来最大的社会分化就是农民的分化，而农民最明显的分化就是分化出一个独特的、人数越来越多的“农民工”阶层。然而，受城乡二元户籍制度和城市二元劳动市场制度的制约，导致农民进城就业的不稳定性与风险性，使得绝大多数进城流动就业的农民工往往在城乡之间双向流动。各级地方政府应该更新观念，与时俱进，切实保护农民工的基本权益，促进社会和谐。
