Application of the Polychromatic Sets for Modeling and Analysis of Manufacturing System

The basic concepts of the polychromatic sets, the disjunction polychromatic sets, the conjunction polychromatic sets and the mathematical formulas of the polychromatic sets, the disjunction polychromatic sets, the conjunction polychromatic sets are presented. The disjunction polychromatic sets and the conjunction polychromatic sets are two familiar constringent form of the polychromatic sets, by the disjunction polychromatic sets and the conjunction polychromatic sets modeling of actual system made simple. Also a logic expression of the elements for the object and colors for the polychromatic sets are given. In this way by the polychromatic sets manufacturing system and its elements are described expediently, and the polychromatic sets are programmed easily. Finally, building of interface among different mathematical models for automatic design system by the polychromatic sets is indicated with an example. The results obtained demonstrate that characters of whole manufacturing system and its elements can be described by the polychromatic sets, and different relations between characters of whole manufacturing system and its elements can be described by the polychromatic sets too.
