摘    要:为建立测定天麻粉中硒的方法,采用微波消解技术溶解天麻粉,利用原子荧光法在优化条件下测定了其中硒的含量。结果表明,测定天麻中硒的回收率为93.1%~103.5%,RSD为4.5%。该法具有检出限低、灵敏度高、简便、准确、快速、线性范围宽等特点,能够达到测定天麻中微量硒的要求。

Abstract:To establish a method for determination of selenium in Gastrodia Powder, atomic fluorescence spectrometer was applied to determine selenium under optimized conditions in Gastrodia, microwave digestion was employed in sample pretreatment. The results show that the precision and recovery of Selenium in gastrodia are between 93.1% - 103.5% and between 4. 5%. It indicates that the methods can be applied to determine selenium in Gastrodia Powder with simple, fast and accurate.
