| 摘 要： | 鳃是锯齿米虾的呼吸器官，共七对，为叶鳃。每个鳃都由鳃轴和鳃叶构成。光镜结构表明：鳃轴由结缔组织构成，两侧具有许多腮腺，鳃轴的背、腹面各含有一条出鳃血管和一条入鳃血管。鳃叶是鳃的基本呼吸单位，平行着生在鳃轴两侧。鳃叶由几丁质层和单层扁平上皮组成。边缘具出鳃边缘血管和入鳃边缘血管，中央腔内具有横纹细胞。

| Abstract: | Histology of the gills of the Caridina denticulata has been studied under light microscope.The gill is the respiratiory organ of Caridina denticulata,the gill lamella is the basic respiratiory unit.Each of gill is composed of a gill axis and many lamellae which are arranged the axis in paralle on both sides.The gill axis consists of connective tissue,whose both sides contain a lot of gill glands.Afferent and effevent branchial vessels locate in the dorsal and ventral of the gill axis respectively.The gill lamella is composed of cuticle layer and a single layer of flattened epithelial cells.The margin of the gill lamella has afferent and afferent marginal vessels,and the central region of the gill lamella has trabecular cells. |
