试论高职学生实践能力的培养

高职教育是高等教育中又一教育层次，发挥着普通高等教育无法替代的作用。革新教育理念，培养应用型、技能型人才，加强高职教育的实践环节，提高学生的实践能力，等等。是高职教育应着力的方面。因此，应改变传统的教育思想，实现由“以教师为核心”到“以学生为主体”的转变；应改变传统的教育体制，实现从“以专业为本”到“以人为本”的转变；应改变传统的教学方法，实现从“灌输式”、“填鸭式”到“启发式”、“互动式”的转变。

On Training of Practice Ability of Vocational Students

Vocational education,a necessity to perfect the structure of talents training,is another phase of higher education.Its role can't be replaced by any other forms of higher education.To renovate the traditional education theory and to strengthen practice ability of students are its essence.So in the vocational education,the traditional teacher-centered class, specialty-oriented educational mechanism,and force-feeding method of teaching should be replaced by student-centered class,human-oriented educational mechanism,and interaction-leading method of teaching.
