| 摘 要： | 公民养老权是公民享有的一项基本权利,也是一项法定权利。我国公民养老权制度尚不完善,造成实践中城乡公民养老权不平等。我国应当尽快完善相关立法,建立城乡统一的养老保障制度,依法平等保护公民养老权。

| Abstract: | Old-age Rights of Citizens is a basic right of citizens.It is also a social right.The legal regime of Old-age Rights of Citizens in China is still deficient,which result in the difference in pratice between urban and rural areas.Legislation should be enforced to build up a universal legal regime of old age support in both urban and rural areas. |
