| 摘 要： | 给出了一种新的光栅信号质量的测定方法。该法用采样得到的两路信号的数据，以一种新的算法计算得到光栅信号的质量指标，并可给出质量参数与标尺光栅位置的对应关系。所得结果能反映光栅信号在测量全程上的变化，并可用于信号质量参数缺陷的补偿。

| Abstract: | A new method used to measure the quality of grating signal is put forward.A new algorithm to compute the parameters of quality of grating signal with the sampled data of grating signals is provided. In this way the rating curve between each parameter of quality of grating signal and the grating ruler position. can be obtained The curves can show the change of grating signal among the measuring range and be used to compensate the quality defects of grating signal. |
