稀土对铬锰氮不锈钢在稀硫酸介质中腐蚀磨损性能的影响

摘    要:研究了稀土对铬锰氮不锈钢的腐蚀性能及腐蚀磨损性能的影响,稀土使各锰氮不锈钢的腐蚀电位正移、维钝电流降低、热力学稳定性提高,故其耐蚀性提高,抗磨性改善,铬锰氮不钢的最佳稀土含量为0.02-0.06%,为生产提供了必要的工艺参数。

Abstract:The effects of rare earth elements on the corrosion and corrosive wear resistance of Cr Mn N containing stainless steel were studied. RE elements made the corrosion potentials move towards a positive value, the steady passive current decrease and the thermodynamic stability of the steel increase, so the corrosive resistance and wear resistance of the steel were improved. The optimal addition of RE(%(wt)) for Cr Mn N Containing stainless steel was obtained. This work will provide the necessary technological parameters for producing this kind of stainless steel.
