| Abstract: | Electrophoretic assay is proposed as a control method for the cationic aggregation in chromium complexes. The experimental agreement between the physico-chemical characteristics of the non-dialyzable fraction, and the absence of electrophoretic mobility, indicate the validity of this approach. Furthermore, the experimental experience in animal distribution studies corroborates the usefulness of the method. |
