离子交换法处理钨矿物原料苏打压煮母液的研究

摘    要:对离子交换法处理钨矿物原料苏打压煮的母液进行了全面研究,系统测定了不同树脂对WO及CO的吸附性能及两者的分离系数,查明了从上述溶液中吸附WO的最佳条件。在流速为2cm/min的条件下,对含WO327.04g/L,CO12.23g/L,Cl ̄-2g/L及少量P,As,Si杂质的模拟工业料液而言,强碱性阴离子交换树脂D213吸附WO的交换容量达227.9mgWO3/g干树脂.最终解吸液成分符合制取高纯APT的要求,含CO的交后液可部分返回苏打压煮过程以回收Na2CO3。

Abstract:The investigation of ion-exchange process of WO and separation of CO from soda di-gestion solution of tungsten concentrate has been completed.The adsorption properties ofsix trade strongly basic anion exchangers,the separation coefficient between WO andCO,the best condition for the separation of WO from CO and other impurities havebeen determined.In terms of the present method,an APT with high purity can be obtainedfrom the resulting desorption and the CO bearing raffinate solution can be partially re-turned to the digestion process for recovery of CO.
