内嵌多块钢板销式木连接力学性能研究

摘    要:采用单调加载方法对11个内嵌钢板单销木连接试件进行顺纹受压试验,研究内嵌钢板销式连接的力学性能和破坏模式以及钢板数目、钢板间木材厚度与钢板外边缘木材厚度之比和钢销直径对承载力的影响.试验结果表明,在钢销直径相同的条件下,连接节点的承载力随钢板数目和钢板间木材厚度与钢板外边缘木材厚度比值的增加而增大.基于欧洲屈服理论并根据叠加原理推导了内嵌多块钢板单销连接节点顺纹受压承载力计算公式,理论计算结果与试验数据符合较好.

Abstract:To understand the mechanical properties of dowel type timber connection well, 11 single dowel timber connection specimens with different configurations under monotonical lateral loads parallel to grain were tested. The mechanical properties and failure modes of the connections were investigated. And influence of different factors such as the number of steel plates, the ratio of internal timber thickness to side timber thickness and the dowel diameter on the load carrying capacities of the connections were also studied. The results show that the load carrying capacities of connections with the same dowel diameter increase as the number of steel plates and the ratio of internal timber thickness to side timber thickness increase. The estimation formulas for the load carrying capacities parallel to grain of the single dowel connections with slotted in steel plates were developed based on the European yield theory and the principle of superposition. The predicted results agree well with the test results.
