| 摘 要： | 研究了考马斯亮蓝G250-盐酸培他啶体系的反应及吸收光谱,探讨了它的反应条件、光谱特性和分析参数,建立了一种方便、快速测定盐酸培他啶氯化钠注射液中主含量的新方法。

| Abstract: | A spectrophotometry for determination of betahistine hydrochlonide sodiumChloride in its injection solution was established based on the study of the adsorption spectrum characteristics of betahistine hydrochlonide sodium chloride-coomassie brilliant blue G250 system, and optimal reaction conditions. |
