| 摘 要： | 针对高校实验室安全运行管理中存在的问题,结合EHS管理体系的特点,讨论了实验室安全管理有效实施的关键环节。提出建立有效的风险评估和隐患治理模式,重点落实安全运行,加强应急管理和监督控制管理,从而在安全管理运行层面实现对实际发生和潜在风险的管理与快速响应,降低事故发生率。

| Abstract: | This paper integrates the characteristics of EHS management system with the existing problems in the security operation man- agement in eollege labs, and discusses the key links of effective implement of the safe operation management in college labs. Then we put forward to set up a model to make effective risk assessment and find hidden dangers. We also put forward that one should put safe operation into implement and strength the emergency management and supervisory control and management so as to fulfill the manage- ment and quick response of occurring and potential risks on safe management operation level and reduce the accident rate. |
