摘    要:研究了原料浓度、溶液酸度、水热反应温度和时间以及陈化方式等条件对立方状Co3O4形貌和粒度的影响,采用XRD,TEM和IR等手段跟踪反应过程,并表征产物,对水热过程中的相转变和尖晶石相Co3O4的水热形成机理进行了初步探讨

Abstract:As a continued part of our research endeavor in the synthesis of Co 3O 4 with different morphologies by hydrothermal treatment followed by decomposition, the effects of hydrothermal synthetic conditions, such as the starting concentration of Co(NO 3) 2 solution, pH of the suspension, hydrothermal temperature, holding time and the stocking mode, on the Co 3O 4 cubes were reported in this paper. The results of XRD, TEM and IR were used to monitor the procedures of hydrothermal treatment. The cube size increased with the increasing of the acidity of solution, but decreased at a higher temperature. Prolonging the treating time helped the growth of the Co 3O 4 cubes. Moreover, the phase transformation and mechanism of Co 3O 4 spinel formation during the hydrothermal synthetic process were also discussed.
