| Abstract: | The near identity of the temperature dependent 1H-NMR spectra of p-tert-butylcalix-4]- and calix8]arene in CDCl3 and bromobenzene-d5 is shown to be drastically altered in pyridine-d5, attributable to disruption of intramolecular hydrogen bonding. |
