| Abstract: | General relationships were established for operation of piezosorption sensors when exposed to an ethanol-based multicomponent gas mixture. The operation conditions were optimized for the sensors; a matrix comprising six piezosorption elements was designed for analyzing gas mixtures containing low-boiling C1-C5 alcohols and ethyl acetate. The sensor matrix is suitable for foodstuff analysis. |
