摘    要:建立了聚乙烯塑料瓶封闭水浴加热,王水溶解,以铼作内标,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定地质样品中痕量金。结果表明,样品中的金可分解完全,节约了成本、减少了环境污染。方法经国家一级标准物质验证,结果与标准值相符。对实际样品测定的方法相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)为4.1%~6.7%。方法检出限为0.12ng/g,方法简便快速,适用于地质样品的批量分析。

Abstract:A new inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) method was established for the determination of trace gold in geological samples. The novelty of this method is the utilization of a polyethylene plastic bottle to seal the heating bath. The samples were digested with aqua regia solution and analysis was conducted using rhenium internal standard. The experimental results indicates that due to sealing of the water bath with polyethylene plastics bottles, the gold of the ore samples can be completely decom posed, which result in saving cost and reducing environmental contamination. The method has been verified by analysis of national primary reference materials and results are consistent with the standard values. The relative standard deviation for the method was 4.1%~6.7% (RSD, n=9). The detection limit was 0.12 ng/g. It concludes that the method is suitable for analysis of bulk field sample.
