摘    要:研究了采用氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法测定食品中痕量汞的方法,通过采用氢化物发生器,选择合适浓度的载流和硼氢化钾,获得了较为满意的分析结果。在测定汞含量5~20μg/kg的食品标准样品时,测试结果相对标准偏差RSD为2.2%~3.7%,回收率为84.9%~97.5%,检出限为0.2μg/L,完全满足食品行业汞元素痕量检测要求,操作简便、快速。

Abstract:This article studied the determination of trace mercury in food with hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry. Through the use of hydride generator and choosing the appropriate concentration of the carrier liquid and potassium borohydride, this method can get the satisfied analysis results. The content of mercury in food standard sample with mercury concentration of 5~20μg/kg was tested. The RSD of the results is 2.2%~3.7% the recovery rate is 84.9%~97.5% and the detection limit is 0.2 μg/L, which completely meet the requirements of trace mercury detection in food industry. In addition, the operation is fast and simple.
