| Abstract: | The dipole moment of pyrazole is determined and found to agree well with that calculated vectorially. From vector calculation the angle between the dipole moment and the N-H bond is found to be 118° 15 .For Part I see [1].The authors wish to express their thanks to Dr, M. E. Vol'pin and G. N.
