| Abstract: | We present a detailed analysis of the motion of test particle in the gravitational field of cosmic strings in different situations
using the Hamilton-Jacobi (H-J) formalism. We have discussed the trajectories near static cosmic string, cosmic string in
Brans-Dicke theory and cosmic string in dilaton gravity. |
