摘    要:以生为本强调教学工作要以学生发展为根本,发挥学生的主体性,适合学生的特点。教学质量是高校的生命线,提高教学质量必须抓好四个关键环节:课前教案准备要充分,课堂教学效率要提高;课后教学效果反馈要落实;深入、全面了解学生的班主任管理工作。

Abstract:The ideology of taking students as roots emphasizes that teaching should take fully into account the nuclear status of students and should exertion sufficiently enthusiasm of students.Quality of teaching is lifeline of a university and improving teaching quality must fulfill four crucial steps,i.e.sufficient preparation before a class,excellent efficient of teaching in a class,corking fulfilling feedback of teaching effects after a class and in-depth and whole administration of students.
