金果榄化学成分的研究 I: 新呋喃三萜苷-金果榄苷的结构

摘    要:从金果榄中分离得到十余种化学成分, 鉴定了其中一个新的配糖体, 经鉴定为呋喃二萜苷—金果榄苷(异非洲防己苦素4-β-D-葡萄糖苷), 还鉴定了异非洲防己苦素和药根碱等化合物.

Abstract:A new furanoditerpenoid glycoside, named tinoside (I), was isolated from the extract of the rhizomes of T. capillipes. I was identified as isocolumbin-4-b-D-pyranoglucoside by spectral analyses and chem. hydrolysis. The other components isolated were identified as columbin, isocolumbin, palmatine, and jatrorrhizine.
