| Abstract: | Taking Hebei province as an example, on the basis of the status quo and characteristics of the local industry, applying the industrial gradient coefficient to determine the advantage industry and the focus of the industry needed to undertake, thus we can realize the complementary advantages and industrial upgrading of local industries and industries rolling in, and track the resource-saving and environment friendly new industrialization road. |
