摘    要:建立了快速测定山药中微量元素的火焰原子吸收光谱法。以非完全消解法处理样品,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于1.6%,测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于2.3%。本方法耗时短,酸用量少,能够快速准确的测定山药中的钙、镁、铁、钾、锌。

Abstract:A method for rapid determination of trace elements in shanyao by FAAS has been developed.The samples of shanyao were treated by non-complete digestion method.RSDs were less than 1.6%.The determination results of this method were consistent with those obtained by ashing method.The relative errors were less than 2.3%.This method is short time-consuming and with less acid.Trace elements including Ca,Mg,Fe,K and Zn in shanyao can be fast and accurately determined.
